Method Hair Studio is situated within the Ashley Artisan Suites, beneath The Jasper apartment complex, in downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Our address is 320 Broad St, Suite 107, Charleston, SC 29401.

Parking is available for free along Barre St and Colonial Lake. Additionally, you can park in the Jasper garage for up to 90 minutes at no charge. After that, a small fee is required. The garage provides direct access to The Ashley Artisan Suites, where Method is located!

Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. Appointments canceled within the 24-hour window are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. In support of this, we do require firm confirmation and a credit card to be placed on file. If we are unable to confirm with you 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to cancel it.

Late arrival: Clients are advised to arrive at least [10 minutes prior] to their appointment to ensure they receive their full service. In order to provide the highest quality service, late arrivals may result in abbreviated or rescheduled services. Traffic and parking are unfortunately no exception, please plan accordingly.

If an appointment is booked with Method you are automatically agreeing to this policy.

Clients' satisfaction is our priority at Method Hair Studio. Due to the personalized nature of our services and the subjective nature of beauty, we do not offer refunds for rendered services. We're committed to promptly addressing any concerns, and within 7 days of your appointment, we're happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment or explore alternative solutions.

All sales on retail and FINAL. Under no circumstance can we accept returns on products once they have left the salon.

Due to the intimate setting at Method children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving services. This policy ensures a serene environment for all our clients. Thank you for your understanding. We do not offer kids pricing at this time.

At Method Hair Studio, we are proud to be an EVO exclusive salon. This means that we are on a mission to 'save ordinary humans from themselves,' as EVO would say. EVO offers a low-toxicity line that is vegan, gluten-free, ammonia-free, paraben-free, resorcinol-free, and PPD-free. After searching high and low for the cleanest products on the market, we discovered EVO. Additionally, EVO does not test on animals under any circumstances.
